Price guide: The Sapphire I retailed at £200 in 1991 and the Sapphire II at £245 in 1994. Now quite rare on the second hand market, however a nice example of Sapphire II’s fetched £196 on ebay April ’09 and another £160 in June ’09. However a Mk II pair with minor aesthetic blemishes went for £89 in Nov ’09. A Mk I pair in good condition made £117 on ebay in April 2010.
